The government boosts more safety for tourists
Following the recently calmed attacks which took place in western Uganda early this month, the government of the Uganda has come out and assured the tourists that the country is safer than ever. This statement was made by the president on a press conference which was held on Friday last week. It is believed that after the incidence which took place in Rwenzori area that led to loss of lives, some tourists had started to fear visiting this East African country due to the uncertainties but the government has come out and assured them maximum safety.

It was then declared that Uganda is currently safe for the tourists and they are free to travel to any destination in the country without any fear. Security especially around the national parks and other attractions has been boosted and people can now access them freely.
