Day 1: Birding in Entebbe Areas
Have breakfast then go for birding in Entebbe areas of Uganda Wildlife Education Center formally Entebbe Zoo. The site has attracted over 170 species of birds.
Expect to see the African paradise, Northern Masked Weaver, Golden Backed, Baglafect Northern Brown Throated, Grosbeak, Black Necked Swamp flycatchers, and many others. You will also encounter Raptors such as the small banded snake Eagle, Gabar Goshawk, Shikra, African Goshawk, African Fish Eagle and African. Have lunch then Proceed Entebbe Botanical gardens for another fascinating birding experience.

Day 2: Birding in Mabamba Wetlands in Wakiso
Today, after an early morning breakfast, you will transfer to Mabamba Swamp with packed lunch. Spend the whole day birding within the Swamp, with the biggest population of shoebills.
Other bird species to be seen include African water Rail, Squacco, Goliath, long Toed Plover, Pygmy Goose ,Purple, Herons, Yellow Billed Duck, White Faced Whistling Duck, Grey and Black Headed Heron Moorhen, Allen’s Gallinule, Black Crake, African Jacana among others.

Day 3:Travel from Kampala – Lake Mburo National Park
After an exciting breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked by our professional guide then transfer to Lake Mburo National park. This park is located in western Uganda.
En route at equator for lunch and some photographs. Proceed to the park using the Nshara gate. Expect to see the Green wood, Hoope, Emerald spotted wood Dove, Bare faced Go-away, Greater Blue Eared Starling, African Grey Hornbill, Brown Parrot may be seen.

Day 4: Birding in Lake Mburo National Park
Have a relaxed breakfast, then embark on a nature walk.You will encounter several species of savanna of birds. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon go for a game drive along the Zebra Track which will expose you to the Black Bellied Bustard, Coqui Francolin, African Wattled Plover, Temmricks Courser, Rufous napped Rufous, Chested Swallow and Flappet Lark.

Day 5:Return to Kampala
Today, you will go for an early morning game drive along the lake side. Expect to see the Papyrus Gonolek, White Winged Warbler, Papyrus Yellow Warbler, Lesser and Greater Swamp Warbler, Shoebill, the Blue headed Coucal.Return for a mid-morning breakfast then go for a launch cruise.
This gives you another opportunity to see a number of bird species and mammals including Hippos and Crocodiles. Drive back to Kampala. Enroute at Masaka for lunch.
