Depending on where you are-Kampala or Entebbe, you will have breakfast and be picked by our driver/guide to start your journey to the remarkable Entebbe Botanical Gardens found on the northern shores of Lake Victoria and established in 1898. You will enjoy the serenity and be introduced to a wide range of flora, flowers and bird species. The site guide will take you through some of the common bird species you are likely to encounter such as the swamp flycatcher, black-headed weavers, African open-billed storks, Orange weavers, pied kingfishers, Giant Kingfishers, Hammerkop, yellow-billed ducks, yellow-backed weavers, long-tailed cormorants, black-headed herons, grey-headed gull, and many others.
