You can spend up to 400 per night for a room or more, or you can stay in an amazing Ugandan hotel at around 10 to 26 dollars which includes breakfast for two in many cases . You can stay at Entebbe  paying 100 to 250 per night, or you can find a lovely hotel on the beach for 50 dollars with a restaurant on a sandy beach to boot with palm trees.

Ugandan Visas:

Ugandan visas can be obtained in your countries of residence and origin. In the United states however you will spend about 30 dollars for overnight mailings are required before you land at Entebbe international airport. If you want to  pay your visa from Entebbe, then you will spend  $ 50 dollar fee to pay for the visa without mailing costs.

Ugandan Restaurants:

You can opt to stay in a luxury hotel where  the food will cost  you a lot more or you can eat out at very reasonable prices.  A steak with chips and some vegetables will cost around 5 dollars in Kampala. A true Ugandan cuisine consists of traditional and modern cooking styles and practices, foods and dishes in Uganda, with English, Arab and Asian

Entertainment:

In case you wish to go to a   pub within Kampala, the best way is to rent a  vehicle and a sober driver who will  take you to the best places around town.  It advisable that the  tour  operator tells you recommended places to go for your entertainment.

Travelling from the USA:

This indeed good news to you as the dollar has risen against the local Ugandan shillings. Currently , you will receive  2700 for one dollar or even more for only $ 1 dollar. You are advised to change your money if you are visiting restaurants and hotels and money changing is done an Forex bureaus.
